Manager Production- Toothpaste

Job Purpose

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day toothpaste production.
• Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
• Manage production staff and shift activities.
• Ensure proper use of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Maintain product quality and follow GMP/SOP requirements.
• Monitor machines, production efficiency, wastage, and downtime.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase teams.
• Maintain production records and reports.
• Identify production problems and take corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and housekeeping on the production floor.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
• 810 years of production experience in toothpaste
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
