Job Summary
Responsible for production planning, material coordination, inventory management, and SAP order processing to ensure timely OSD manufacturing, packing, and demand fulfillment while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

- Managed production planning and scheduling for OSD, Semi-Solid, and Hormone manufacturing operations to ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Coordinated packing and dispatch planning for domestic and export (air and sea) shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries and customer commitments.
- Liaised with QC, QA, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to facilitate batch release, packing completion, and daily dispatch execution.
- Generated and managed manufacturing and packing process orders in SAP as per approved production plans.
- Planned and monitored raw material (RM) and packing material (PM) availability, coordinating with procurement to prevent production disruptions.
- Implemented JIT material planning for bottles, shippers, and other packaging components to optimize inventory levels.
- Monitored consumption of near-expiry and near-retest materials, minimizing material write-offs and inventory losses.
- Supported RD activities by planning materials and scheduling validation/development batches without impacting commercial production.
- Coordinated quarantine approvals and dispatch activities for EU and ROW market shipments.
- Reviewed material receipts and prioritized QC release activities to ensure uninterrupted production schedules.
- Achieved production plan adherence and demand fulfillment targets through effective capacity and resource planning.
- Prepared monthly MIS reports and planning performance dashboards for management review.
- Administered SAP documentation activities, including format printing and process-related records management.
- Reviewed and approved workflow requests while ensuring compliance with departmental procedures.
- Conducted periodic reviews of Format Control Audit Logs and maintained documentation compliance standards.
