Manager - Production Planning Control

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement daily production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify capacity constraints, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence in the manufacturing process.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and monitoring production schedules.

Job Requirements :

• 9-16 years of experience in PPC (Production Planning & Control) or related field in the auto components industry.
• Strong understanding of daily production planning, capacity planning, and production control principles.
• Proven track record of improving productivity through efficient use of resources and streamlining processes.
