Manager Production Planning and Inventory control (PPIC)

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and available capacity.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely execution of the production schedule.
• Monitor actual production against the plan and adjust schedules as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Management, or related field.
• Diploma in Production Planning / Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.
