Manager - Product Management

Role & responsibilities

• Develop product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle plans for mineral processing equipment and solutions.
• Understand customer requirements, mineral applications and market trends to identify new product opportunities.
• Conduct market, competitor and product benchmarking across crushing, screening, conveying and mineral processing solutions.
• Define product specifications, performance parameters, features and application requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Sales and Service teams for product development.
• Drive New Product Development (NPD), product upgrades, localization and value-engineering initiatives.
• Prepare Product Requirement Specifications (PRS/PRD) based on customer and market requirements.
• Support product costing, target pricing, business case and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate prototype development, testing, field trials and product validation.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback, field performance, warranty and service issues and drive product improvements.
• Develop product positioning, technical presentations, brochures and sales/service training materials.
• Support Sales and Application Engineering teams in product selection, application suitability and technical proposals.
• Monitor product sales, market share, margins and competitive positioning.
• Identify opportunities for product standardization, modularization and cost optimization.
• Ensure products meet applicable quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in crushing & screening, mineral processing, mining equipment, quarrying, material handling, aggregate processing or heavy engineering equipment manufacturing will be preferred.
