Manager - Product Development Garnier Skincare - SAPMENA

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our product development team in the skincare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and management, with excellent analytical and communication skills. This position is based in Mumbai.

• Develop and implement new products and services to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities.
• Create and manage product roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the skincare industry and market trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Experience working with SAP and MENA region is an added advantage.
