Manager - Product Costing

Roles and Responsibilities :

Prepare and maintain product costing and standard cost systems.

Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs.

Conduct variance analysis and investigate cost differences.

Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile stock records.

Prepare monthly cost reports, profitability reports, and management information (MIS).

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Perform account reconciliations and journal entries.

Job Requirements :

• 8-18 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with expertise in product costing.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, including fixed costs, variable costs, and overheads.
• Proven track record in developing effective costing models using software such as [insert specific software].
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; advanced degree preferred.
