Manager - Procurement (IT/SaaS, HR, Admin & Services)

Role Purpose

Own tail-spend indirect categories and support the Senior Manager on stores, R&M and logistics, working in sync as part of the Indirect Pod.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage IT hardware, SaaS and licenses, HR and admin vendors and professional services
• Run SaaS renewals, license reviews and vendor onboarding
• Manage rate contracts, PO follow-ups and invoice-related coordination in the system
• Support the Senior Manager in store fit-out, furniture and fixtures, R&M and logistics negotiations and tracking
• Maintain spend analysis and vendor scorecards; run periodic vendor reviews
• Provide backup cover for the Senior Manager's categories
• Maintain vendor master data and compliance documents

MUST-HAVE

• 6-8 years in indirect procurement across IT, admin, services or retail operations
• Exposure to retail store procurement (furniture, fixtures, fit-out or R&M) and SaaS / IT commercial models
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP / Oracle or similar): PR to PO, rate contracts, GRN and vendor master
• Working knowledge of P2P and S2P tools: e-sourcing events, contract repository, PO and invoice follow-up
• Spend analysis: building category and vendor spend views, tail-spend identification and savings MIS in Excel / Power BI
• Vendor scorecards and SRM: maintaining scorecards, running periodic vendor reviews and tracking corrective actions
