Manager -Procurement & Inventory (Packing Material) - Madukkarai

Position: Manager Procurement- Packaging Material, Warehouse & Inventory
Location: Coimbatore(Madukkarai)
Industry: Tea / Food Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of packaging materials such as cartons (CTN/CFC), filter paper, aluminum foil, laminate rolls, pouches, bags, glue, gum tape, wire, labels, and other packaging consumables.
• Vendor identification, evaluation, development, and relationship management.
• Commercial negotiations to achieve the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives.
• Inventory and stock planning to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Coordination with production, planning, quality, and stores teams for timely material availability.

Preferred Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in packaging material procurement.
• Experience in Tea, Food, Beverage, FMCG, or Packaging Manufacturing industries.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage.
