About this role
Manager – Procurement & Supplier Enablement will lead end-to-end procurement operations and supplier enablement activities, with a strong focus on SAP Ariba Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. The role is responsible for managing procurement workflows, supplier onboarding, system administration, user support, data integrity, compliance, and procurement process optimization. The incumbent will act as the SAP Ariba subject matter expert, collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, IT teams, and auditors, and drive continuous improvement across procurement operations while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and controls.
- Manage procurement operations from sourcing to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee supplier enablement programs to improve vendor performance and reduce costs.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in procurement management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes using SAP Ariba or similar systems.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
