Manager - Process Excellence

Responsibilities

• Primarily focused on defining, analyzing, identifying and, improving business processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve the overall performance of the practice.
• Provides recommendations for process improvements and optimizations based on data analysis and best practices.
• Performs research, analysis and, strategy development based on data gathered, verified and processed.
• Monitoring and analyzing process performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensuring that new systems are configured to meet the business requirements and that any customizations are in line with best practices.
• Developing process manuals and user guides to support end-users in their day-to-day activities.
• Reviewing on-boarding process for new acquisitions and conducting post-on-boarding evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the processes and identify areas for improvement and collaborating with relevant departments to develop and implement a comprehensive on-boarding plan for new acquisitions.
• Creating and maintaining training materials, along with training programs for employees on new and revised processes, procedures, and policies.
• Manages a small to mid-sized team consisting of lower level Managers (M2) and seasoned Professionals.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
