Manager Pressure Part Outsourcing & Subcontracting ( Boiler, SCM)

Role Detail: As Manager Outsourcing and Subcontracting

• To take decision for L1 vendor for placement of purchase order.
• To discuss and negotiate with vendor.
• To ensure timely preparation of purchase order by buyer and material movement to
• vendor for start of manufacturing.
• Ensuring quality with FTR initiative and delivery of outsourced products.

Responsibilities:

• Vendor development for outsource procurement
• Development of processes for pressure parts outsourcing activity
• Develop and train team for improvement in outsource processes
• Coordination with other departments like QC, F&A, Stores, Logistics, Planning, inventory
• control.
• Expediting
• Material Accounting/Reconciliation for Outsource items where raw material is free issue
• from LMB.
• GST compliance from vendor
• Follow up transportation and timely quality inspection.
• Troubleshooting
• Driving Kaizen, 5 S initiative among team and vendor
