Manager - Presales

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Solutions (Presales) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the sales process, assisting clients in understanding the value of our software solutions, and ensuring that the right solutions are proposed to meet customer needs.

As a Presales Consultant, you will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized software solutions, prepare presentations and demos, and support the technical evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and technical requirements, and engage in pre-sales discussions to design software solutions that best meet those needs.
• Solution Design: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, software demonstrations, and proofs of concept (POCs) to showcase our products' capabilities and benefits.
• Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance on product features, architecture, and integration options to ensure the solutions align with the clients objectives.
• Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including system architecture, configuration details, and pricing information.
• RFP/RFI Responses: Lead or support the creation of responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs), ensuring that all technical requirements are addressed.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points and help identify opportunities for additional business or upselling.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at the client organization, offering technical insights and solutions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies to effectively position our solutions against competitors.
• Product Feedback: Gather client feedback on product requirements and features and communicate these insights to the product development teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
