About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager Pre-Sales & Marketing to lead our lead-generation and marketing team. The role involves managing inbound & outbound marketing, B2B lead generation, pre-sales activities, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 45 members.
• Drive inbound & outbound lead-generation activities.
• Develop strategies to generate and qualify quality leads.
• Manage email, LinkedIn, calling and other outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
• Track team performance, leads, conversions and pipeline.
• Prepare regular performance reports and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Marketing / Inside Sales.
• Team-handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of inbound & outbound marketing.
• Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools.
• Target-oriented with strong analytical and people-management skills.
