• Role & responsibilities

• Project Governance: Take complete ownership of engineering timelines; strictly adhere to milestone
• schedules while upholding the absolute structural quality of hardware deliverables.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a principal technical liaison across inter-departmental
• boundaries, internal engineering personnel, and strategic external suppliers.
• Supplier Evaluation: Travel domestically to perform critical supplier technical assessments and
• manufacturing line evaluations.
• Intellectual Property: Lead patent and IP infringement studies to secure corporate innovations and
• mitigate technology risks.
• Team Culture: Foster a proactive, solutions-driven engineering atmosphere guided by a highly
• positive, collaborative approach to technical bottlenecks.

Education Requirements & Work Experience:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• Industry Focus: Direct core experience in the Automotive domain is highly preferred.
• Work Experience: Min. 8 years to Max 14 years
