Manager - PMO

Responsibilities

• Strategy & AOP. Support the 3-year strategy refresh and lead the annual operating plan (AOP) build: targets, roll-down, assumptions, scenarios.
• Performance cockpit & reviews.
• Run MBR/QBR cadence: agendas, dashboards, decision notes, action tracking.
• Maintain a single Portfolio Cockpit covering funnel, TAT (median/p95), FTR, risk cohorts, unit economics, and partner scorecards.
• Strategic initiatives PMO (CEO priorities).
• Own PMO for key initiatives (journey standardization, decisioning/rules, , partner programs, new product readiness).
• Create charters, milestones, owners, dependencies, and benefits tracking.
• Stakeholder management.
• Coordinate across Business, Credit, Ops, IT, Finance, Compliance to resolve dependencies and ensure delivery.
• Produce CEO-ready content: 1/2 page notes, dashboards, board-style packs.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years in BFSI strategy/corporate planning/consulting/PMO (secured lending or housing finance preferred).
• Strong skills in Excel + PowerPoint, dashboards/BI exposure preferred.
• Strong governance mindset, analytical ability (funnels/cohorts/unit economics), and CEO-grade communication.
• MBA/PGDM preferred (Premium B-School).
• Work Experience 4-6 years.
