- Lead and manage plumbing and firefighting MEP works for commercial IT Park projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams.
- Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Monitor installation of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, sewage, storm water, and related services.
- Manage firefighting systems including fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire pump room, fire tanks, and fire suppression systems.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, material availability, and work progress.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and other MEP teams for proper service integration.
- Ensure testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover of plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Review measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, applicable fire safety norms, statutory requirements, and project HSE standards.
- Strong experience in plumbing & firefighting execution for commercial / IT Park projects.
- Good knowledge of fire hydrant, sprinkler, fire pumps, water supply, drainage, sewage, and storm-water systems.
- Strong understanding of MEP drawings, BOQ, specifications, and testing & commissioning.
- Excellent contractor and consultant management skills.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in large-scale commercial / Grade-A IT Park projects will be preferred.
