Manager - Planning & QS (HG Luxury)

Job Title: Dy. Manager / Manager - Planning & QS (HG Luxury)Experience: 6 to 8 YearsLocation: Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using advanced project management tools.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure accurate measurement of works executed.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prepare periodic cost reports.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.

Minimum Qualification and Skills:

• B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Planning & Quantity Surveying within the Building Construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in preparing BOQ, cost estimation, and tender documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
