Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities - Meet/exceed business goals/targets in different products (i.e., loans and insurance bundled/non-bundled) through lead fulfillment field activity on existing database.
- Manage and control all channel businesses.
- Recruit, retain, and manage a productive team of off-roll employees.
- Maintain delinquency on the portfolio, in line with the product segment.
- Take care of customer escalations and complaints.
- Monitor and measure key conversion and productivity data penetration metrics.
- Effectively engage with Credit and Operations Risk teams.
