Manager - PL - Prime - T1

• Manage and lead the team to achieve business targets through effective lead fulfillment and field activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed business goals in various products, including loans and insurance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure business success.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a related field, preferably in sales or marketing.
• Strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership s, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving s, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with databases and data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Educational qualification: Any Graduate.
