Manager - Performance Marketing

The role:

Own paid growth, lead generation, and the measurement backbone. You will set strategy, run execution across channels, and own outcomes end to end from spend to qualified pipeline working closely with sales, product, and tech.

What you'll own:

- Paid growth: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic strategy, budgets, bidding, and creative experimentation against CAC and CPL

- Lead generation: B2B funnel from demand to MQL to SQL capture, scoring, nurture, routing, and ABM for priority segments

- Analytics & attribution: dashboards, funnel and cohort reporting, and a measurement framework tying spend to pipeline and revenue

- Tracking infrastructure: UTMs, pixels, server-side events, and conversion APIs built with tech and data engineering

- Cross-functional partnership: pipeline targets with sales, activation experiments with product, and data pipelines with tech

- Agency & martech: own agency partnerships, vendor selection, and stack ROI

What you bring:

- 5+ years in performance marketing and analytics with a clear lead-gen track record

- Hands-on at scale across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic

- Strong on GA4, SQL, BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI), and attribution platforms

- Proven cross-functional experience across sales, product, and tech

- Fluent in the B2B funnel (MQL - SQL - pipeline - revenue) and CRM workflows (HubSpot/Salesforce)

- Comfortable with martech, CDPs, event tracking, and server-side tagging

Good to have:

- B2B SaaS or fintech background

- Paid pipeline experience in high-growth or enterprise GTM

- Exposure to lifecycle and PLG motions

- International campaigns across UAE, Singapore, US, or Southeast Asia
