Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
• Ensure employee master data accuracy, governance, security, and compliance.
• Own HR reporting, dashboards, KPI/SLA reporting, and workforce analytics.
• Lead UAT, release management, incident management, and system enhancements.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Technology, and business teams.
• Lead and develop teams supporting HR systems, data, and reporting operations.
