Manager-Payroll Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for a large workforce across multiple states and locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate salary processing, including attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other labour laws.
• Coordinate with HR partners, payroll vendors, Finance, HR, and Operations teams for payroll reconciliation and timely disbursement.
• Manage payroll-related vendor billing, invoice verification, statutory deductions, and reconciliation.
• Monitor payroll accuracy, resolve employee salary grievances, and ensure adherence to defined turnaround times.
• Handle payroll audits, statutory inspections, compliance reporting, and maintenance of payroll records.
• Prepare monthly payroll MIS, cost analysis, reconciliation reports, and management dashboards.
• Drive payroll automation, process improvements, and implementation of effective internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data confidentiality, and audit requirements.
