Manager Payroll & HR Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages to employees through various payment modes (cash, cheque, ECS).
• Maintain HR operations by ensuring compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement in hospital's compensation structure.

Job Requirements :

• 9-12 years of experience in Payroll Management & HR Operations in a Hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Labor Laws like Provident Fund Act 1952, Employees State Insurance Corporation Act 1948 etc.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
