About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong Pan-India vendor network for branding, fabrication, printing and activations.
- Lead end-to-end on-ground execution of projects across multiple cities.
- Manage vendors, production, logistics, manpower, timelines and project budgets.
- Handle site recce, costing, vendor negotiation, production, installation and dismantling.
- Ensure quality, timely delivery and seamless execution across all projects.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the operations and execution team.
- Track project progress, identify and resolve on-ground challenges, and ensure timely project closure.
- Travel across India as required for site visits, vendor coordination and project execution.
- 3–6 years of experience in BTL, Events, Branding, Experiential Marketing, Retail Branding or related fields.
- Strong Pan-India vendor network with proven multi-city execution experience.
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of fabrication, branding production, printing, logistics and on-ground activations.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, costing and project tracking.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
