About this role
Packaging Development Manager
Location: Boisar
Qualification: Science/Pharmacy Graduate + PG Diploma in Packaging
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of primary & secondary packaging materials and solutions.
- Conceptualize packaging, develop prototypes and conduct feasibility, stability, machine & customer trials.
- Drive packaging commercialization, process improvement and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, RA, Production, SCM, Marketing & Sales for packaging projects.
- Manage vendor validation, qualification and packaging material development.
- Develop and maintain technical drawings, specifications, SOPs and packaging documentation.
- Track packaging projects and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Lead the packaging development team and manage external labs/institutes for R&D.
- Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks is required.
