Manager- P2P

One of our leading clients is looking to hire an experienced Manager with strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay(P2P) expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end P2P operations including Purchase Orders, Invoice Processing, Vendor Master, Employee Expenses, and Payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Drive month-end close activities, reporting, reconciliations, and KPI adherence.
• Lead client interactions and manage stakeholder relationships across global teams.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor SLAs, resolve escalations, and ensure service excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Accounts Payable operations.
• Experience managing teams in a Shared Services/BPO/Global Capability Centre (GCC) environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, D365, Ariba, or Business Central.
• Good understanding of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
