About this role
JOB PURPOSE
Support Category Manager for the Procurement of Manpower Services.
Preparation of internal Cost Estimates as per Min wage rules, Compliances, statutory, etc.
Explore develop New Vendors for Manpower services.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Meeting understanding business requirement regarding the type of services they need, scope of work along with skill level required to perform those task from user dept./ business
No. of new vendors added to the list
Maintaining sub-contractor data base for new works, statutory compliance, collecting company profiles performing capability assessment scan market for the latest services and standards
No. of contractors handled
Participating in selection of sub-contractor/ supplier by providing their registration form, capability assessment form, profile verification, product catalogue, past experience rate list for the work.
No. of sub-contractor taken on board
Participating in pre-contract activities (floating of tenders, getting competitive quotations, preparing comparison statement, support negotiation on technical and commercial aspects)
No. of successful bidding process completed
Performing post- contract activities (drafting contracts and agreements, client billing and certifying sub-contractor, processing of change order, variation order, follow up for payment, TDS Certificate, retention money)
Range (in Lakhs) of contracts handled

ESG Compliance
Implement life cycle costing in Procurement Process
Implementation of processes in procurement operation for Sustainability and risk management
Understand the core issues of ESG and implement sustainable solutions for team members
Assist in ensuring compliance with environment protection, Water conservation and climate change.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health Safety Management system HSMS, energy Management, understanding of basics of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001 and Auditing.
SOP Adherence Implementation of processes in procurement operation for Sustainability and risk management
Understand the core issues of ESG and implement sustainable solutions for team members
Assist in ensuring compliance with environment protection, Water conservation and climate change.
