Manager - OT Security

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager OT Security to lead cybersecurity initiatives across Operational Technology (OT) environments including Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, IIoT, and plant automation infrastructure. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing OT security strategies, managing risks, ensuring compliance, and strengthening cyber resilience across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities :

OT Security Strategy & Governance

• Develop and implement OT cybersecurity strategy.
• Establish governance frameworks for ICS/SCADA environments.
• Create OT security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Conduct OT risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
• Identify critical assets and implement security controls.
• Manage compliance and security audits.
• Drive remediation and risk mitigation initiatives.

Security Architecture

• Design secure OT network architectures.
• Implement:
• Industrial Firewalls
• IDS/IPS Solutions
• Network Monitoring Tools
• Endpoint Security Solutions
• Manage secure integration between IT and OT networks.

Incident Response & Monitoring

• Establish OT monitoring capabilities.
• Lead OT incident response activities.
• Support forensic investigations and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with SOC teams and SIEM platforms.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with plant operations and engineering teams.
• Manage security vendors, OEMs, and system integrators.
• Evaluate OT security technologies and solutions.

Program & Team Management

• Lead OT security programs and projects.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Conduct awareness and training programs for plant personnel.
