Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the design and building of data conversion reconciliations for GL, Bank and sub-system data
• Communicate, as needed, between teams to communicate statuses, defects within the conversion process, and resolutions of reconciliation items
• Update mapping tables and/or reconciliation templates as needed, based on findings of each reconciliation phase
• Support project phases including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Strong PeopleSoft / legacy ERP and Workday experience
• Experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) and General Ledger (GL) processes is considered highly relevant and transferable
• Assist in the ERP Modernization effort to migrate from PS ERP and GDI to Workday Financials and Accounting Center

Education

• Postgraduate / Graduate in Finance and Accounting

Experience

• Minimum 8-10 years work experience
• Experience with AI tools such as CoPilot or other available tools to assist with the reconciliation process
• Experience with data conversion and reconciliation efforts leveraging mapping tables

Technical Skills

• General understanding of multi-currency accounting / conversion/ Revaluation/ Translation processes
• General understanding of year end roll forward concepts
• General understanding of accounting periods/system calendars
• Strong knowledge and experience of MS Excel/ office applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and validation skills
• Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
