Manager Operations

Role & responsibilities:

Generate business through associates and partner networks.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with branches and associates.

Guide students in planning and pursuing overseas education based on their academic and career goals.

Stay updated on overseas university admission processes and entrance examinations.

Advise students on suitable study options aligned with their profiles. Ensure timely and professional responses to queries from branches and associates via calls and emails.

Coordinate with branches and associates for pending documents and fee payments.

Follow up with universities for pending offers and admission-related updates.

Lead, mentor, and manage the team to achieve periodic admission and revenue targets.

Track team performance and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs. Prepare and share periodic MIS and performance reports with management.

Ensure compliance with internal processes, systems, and quality standards.

Represent the organization at education fairs, university visits, and inhouse seminars.

Foster a professional, deadline-driven work culture with a strong focus on student and associate experience.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in customer service or client relationship roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong understanding of Indian and overseas education systems. Good computer proficiency.

Positive attitude, professional presence, and strong team collaboration skills.

Awareness of global current affairs.
