Manager Operations

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
• Drive cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and variance analysis .
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control shrinkage, ageing, damages, and write-offs .
• Manage putaway, bin management, SKU mapping, and stock integrity .
• Ensure effective usage of WMS SAP, Manhattan, or similar systems .
• Identify and resolve system vs. physical stock discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound, Finance, and other stakeholders .
• Drive process improvements through 5S, RCA, and SOP adherence .
• Prepare and monitor MIS, inventory KPIs, and operational reports .
• Lead and develop the operations/inventory team.
