Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficient warehouse, transportation, and distribution activities while meeting customer service levels, operational KPIs, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and transportation operations.
• Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery as per SLAs.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity.
• Implement SOPs and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Lead and develop operations teams to improve performance.
• Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
• Support cost optimization and resource planning initiatives.
• Travelling is required
