About this role
Owns end-to-end accountability for the PIC function fromenquiry intake through vendor invoice booking ensuring the process runsefficiently, compliantly, and profitably across all teams.
Sets margin and pricing policy for rate offers, andapproves exceptions to standard PO and shipment processing rules.
Oversees vendor performance across ratecompetitiveness, delivery reliability, and invoice accuracy, driving vendorreviews where needed.
Ensures end-to-end process integrity from enquirythrough shipment execution, tracking, draft invoicing, and vendor invoicebooking, including coordination with the AP team on system entries.
Resolves escalated customer and vendor issues, anddrives continuous improvement across the enquiry-to-invoice cycle.
Owns team KPIs (turnaround time, on-time delivery,billing and booking accuracy) and overall margin performance of the PIC desk.
Builds, develops, and manages the Customer Serviceteam, and represents the function in cross-departmental reviews.
