About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Coordinate with OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency, Billing and Nursing departments.
- Monitor patient journey from registration to discharge and improve service efficiency.
- Handle patient concerns, feedback and ensure better patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with support services including housekeeping, security, maintenance and facility teams.
- Monitor manpower utilization, duty allocation and departmental productivity.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS and performance updates for management review.
- Ensure implementation of hospital SOPs, policies, NABH and quality standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and improvement measures.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management Reporting Manager from time to time.
