Role Purpose


Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily site operations, productivity, throughput, and SLA performance.
• Own site budget, controllable costs, and productivity improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and company standards .
• Lead workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and capability building.
• Manage customer, vendor, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Identify operational gaps and drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure asset, infrastructure, inventory, and business-continuity readiness.
• Lead operational reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

• Productivity & throughput
• SLA / TAT adherence
• Cost per unit and budget adherence
• Safety incidents & audit compliance
• Quality / error rate
• Customer satisfaction & escalations
• Attrition / absenteeism

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
• 812+ years of relevant operations experience, preferably with site / warehouse / distribution / service-center leadership.
• Strong experience in people leadership, cost management, safety, quality, and process improvement .
