Manager operations- International collection process

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage international collections process for UK & US markets.
  
• Oversee banking operations, including AR collection, branch operations, and revenue cycle management (RCM).
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and optimize cash flow.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in banking collection or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Ar Collection, Branch Operations, Collections Process, RCM Operations, Revenue Collection, and Revenue Cycle Management.
  
• Excellent managerial skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
