Job Description

As Manager - Operations & Growth, you will own how our delivery runs day to day and how it scales. You will work across data, campaign and sales teams to keep client programs on track, improve processes and support the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across delivery teams and keep client programs on schedule.
• Set targets, track performance and report on key metrics.
• Find and fix process gaps to improve quality and throughput.
• Lead, coach and grow team leads and their teams.
• Work with leadership on growth initiatives, planning and resourcing.
• Coordinate with client-facing teams to resolve escalations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations or team management.
• Experience in lead generation, B2B sales or outbound is a plus.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards and reports.
• Graduate in any field; MBA preferred.
