1. OPERATIONS MANAGER CATERING & HOSPITALITY

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• FSMS ISO 22000 and HACCP certification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in catering and hospitality operations.
• Strong experience in budgeting, P&L management, cost control, and large-team management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• HACCP Level 3/4 and EFST certifications are essential.
• Excellent leadership and operational management skills.

Salary: AED 7,000 to 8,000

2. MANAGER – CATERING & F&B

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the catering or hospitality industry, preferably in large-scale operations.
• Strong skills in budgeting, P&L management, cost control, procurement, and large-team management.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and FSMS ISO 22000 requirements.
• HACCP Level 3/4 and EFST certifications preferred.

Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000

3. PURCHASE MANAGER / SR. BUYER – CATERING

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5–8 years of catering or food-service purchasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and non-food procurement, supplier management, negotiation, cost control, and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of HACCP requirements.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.

Salary: AED 5,500 – 6,500

4. UNIT MANAGER – CATERING & HOSPITALITY

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in catering operations, preferably in large-scale or institutional catering.
• Strong skills in team management, budgeting, cost control, P&L management, food production, quality control, and client coordination.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• HACCP Level 3, FSMS ISO 22000, and EFST certifications preferred.

Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000
