Manager- Online Alliances

The Manager Online Alliances will be responsible for driving incremental revenue through strategic digital channels such as dining discovery and reservation platforms (e.g. District, Dineout, EasyDiner), loyalty and membership programs (e.g. CRED), corporate rewards and gifting networks (e.g. GyFTR), employee benefits, payment partners and other emerging consumer platforms. The role will own these channels end-to-end, drive customer acquisition, repeat purchase and retention, while continuously identifying new avenues to grow offline sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth across digital alliance channels, including dining discovery platforms (e.g. District, Dineout, EasyDiner), loyalty programs (e.g. CRED), corporate rewards and gifting networks (e.g. GyFTR) and similar consumer ecosystems.
• Identify, negotiate and launch new alliances that drive store footfall, customer acquisition and offline revenue.
• Develop joint business plans, commercial agreements and campaign calendars with partners.
• Work closely with Operations, IT, Marketing and Strategy teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and delivery of revenue, acquisition, repeat purchase and retention objectives.
• Track campaign performance, customer behaviour and redemption trends, and optimize initiatives based on ROI and incremental sales.
• Build scalable processes, governance and reporting for all alliance-led initiatives.
• Continuously identify new partnership opportunities and emerging consumer channels that can accelerate offline growth.

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in digital partnerships, strategic alliances or business development, preferably across consumer-facing ecosystems such as dining discovery and reservation platforms, loyalty and membership programs, corporate gifting and rewards networks or similar growth channels.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partnerships and driving measurable revenue growth.
• Good understanding of offline retail or QSR operations and customer journeys.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring customer acquisition, repeat behaviour, retention and campaign ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, IT, Marketing and Strategy.
• A growth mindset with a strong bias for execution, continuously identifying and scaling new partnership opportunities.
