Manager Offline Distributor Partnerships

Role & responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new offline distributors including IFAs,MFDs, financial planners, brokers, and wealth partners.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existingpartners to drive consistent business and product adoption.
• Training & Enablement: Educate partners on Investment product offerings, digitaltools, and processes through regular training sessions and demos. Market Expansion: Develop strategic plans to scale offline reach across untappedgeographies and segments.
• Revenue Ownership: Own and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targetsthrough offline partner channels.
• Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between the partners and internal product/operationsteams to relay feedback and improve offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 6 years of experience in partnership development, B2B sales, or channel distribution in fintech, NBFC, AMC, or insurance companies.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, bonds, insurance, or alternate investments.
• Prior experience working with IFAs or wealth managers is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet partners across different cities.
• Self-starter with a result-oriented approach.
