Experience: 6–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and drive hiring mandates across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Non-IT recruiters.
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for clients.
• Handle entry, senior/mid-level hiring across BFSI, Healthcare, BPO/KPO, Manufacturing, Real estate & other Non-IT sectors.
• Drive sourcing strategy, market mapping and talent intelligence.
• Monitor team productivity, TAT, closures and recruitment KPIs.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
• Identify process improvements and leverage recruitment technology/AI tools.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of recruitment experience with strong Non-IT hiring exposure.
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of sourcing, market mapping and recruitment metrics.
• Target-driven, hands-on and strong people leadership skills.
