Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Network to lead and manage the organization's network infrastructure across 100+ branches in India. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Routing & Switching, Cisco, Check Point, and Fortinet technologies, along with proven experience in team management and large-scale network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across 100+ India branches.
• Lead a team of network engineers and ensure smooth network operations.
• Handle Routing & Switching, network security, firewalls, VPNs, WAN/LAN connectivity, and network performance management.
• Drive incident resolution, troubleshooting, capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and security compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure high network availability and operational excellence.

Mandatory Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure & Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Routing & Switching, Cisco, Check Point, and Fortinet technologies.
• Experience managing network operations for 100+ branches across India.
• Proven team handling and leadership experience.
• Preferred background from Banking, Insurance, NBFC, or Financial Services organizations.
• Candidates with predominantly global network management experience are not preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Full-time Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent).
