The opportunity: Manager-National-TAX-TAX - GCR - Global Compliance Reporting - New Delhi

Your key responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Direct Tax Laws, including TDS provisions and related compliance requirements.
• Well-versed in direct tax compliance due dates, statutory filing timelines, and end-to-end compliance execution.
• Knowledge of accounting processes with hands-on exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
• Ability to leverage automation tools and GenAI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve compliance efficiency and delivery timelines.
• Leading a team of people, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time.
• Experience in managing client deliverables and coordinating with client and BU teams to support accurate compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant
• Bachelor of Commerce
• Master of Commerce

Experience

• 3-5+ years experience
