We are looking for a seasoned professional with Finance and Project Operations experience to join our PMO team.

Requirements

What you'll do...

• Generate and distribute monthly project financial reports to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key insights for operational improvements
• Update and circulate weekly budget tracking reports, identifying deviations or overruns and initiating follow-up actions as needed
• Maintain essential documentation such as Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Rate Cards, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and compliance records
• Support process management by coordinating with sales leaders, project managers, account owners, and senior leadership to ensure consistency
• Oversee milestone and timeline-based invoicing with both internal and client stakeholders
• Coordinate reconciliation processes for invoices against timesheets and communicate discrepancies to the Partner Manager and Finance Director
• Contribute to the creation and publication of SOW documents across client and business operations and monitor approval status
• Facilitate business operations and financial oversight by following up on Purchase Orders and identifying upcoming SOW renewals
