About this role
The Data Center Technical Support role is responsible for providing high-level pre-sales technical support across enterprise, government, and hyperscaler data center opportunities.
The role involves technical validation, genset sizing, redundancy configuration, RAMS/MTBF/MTTR analysis, RFP/tender response support, and maintaining technical toolsets to ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and customer requirements.
Position Specific Skills:
Deep working knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier II/III/IV standards and RAMS methodology.
Genset sizing, redundancy design, and single-line diagram interpretation.
ASHRAE climatic design data application for site-specific engineering.
Ability to translate technical detail into clear, sales-ready documentation.
Cross-functional coordination across sales, engineering, and product teams.
Can read SLD, understand distribution and Plan Layouts.
