- Lead and manage electrical MEP works for commercial IT Park projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Monitor installation of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cables, lighting, earthing, and fire alarm systems.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, material availability, and work progress.
- Coordinate with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP teams for smooth execution.
- Conduct inspections and ensure testing & commissioning of electrical systems.
- Review measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Strong experience in electrical MEP execution for commercial / IT Park projects.
- Good knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG, transformers, electrical panels, lighting, ELV, and testing & commissioning.
- Strong contractor and consultant management skills.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, BOQ, and estimation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in large-scale commercial / Grade-A IT Park projects will be preferred.
