• Maintenance Planning Execution: Achieve PM compliance >95% and reduce breakdowns
• Equipment Reliability: Improve MTBF and reduce MTTR
• Breakdown Management: Ensure timely restoration of critical equipment
• Shutdown Management: Complete shutdown activities within budget and timeline
• Spare Parts Management: Optimize inventory and critical spares availability
• Continuous Improvement: Implement RCA, FMEA, TPM and reliability initiatives
• Safety Compliance: Zero major incidents and statutory compliance
• Team Development: Skill enhancement and productivity improvement of maintenance team
