Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Sahyadri Park, Plot No. 2 & 3, Phase 3, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi-Maan, Pune.

Shift: Should be comfortable with Night Shift & 24x7 Rotational Support. Work from Office only

Mandatory Documents to carry:

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
  

Job Requirements* • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

• Proven Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capability mandatory
• Hands-on experience in reconciliation (Recon) and MIS reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC) – mandatory
• Exposure to Data Quality & Governance frameworks – preferred

Knowledge and Hands-on experience of India Labour Laws – mandatory

Manage a team of 15 team members across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities* • Perform and review MDM transaction processing activities

• Manage overall Employee MDM process for various location
• Handle employee master data changes in SAP HCM & EC
• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring data issues
• Prepare and publish MIS reports and dashboards
• Ensure adherence to data governance, SOX and audit requirements
• Support stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Domain Master Data Management (MDM)

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, stakeholder management, performance management, team-managerial competencies, conflict management

Education Requirements Graduate in any discipline

Certifications SAP HCM / SuccessFactors – Preferred
