Manager - Marketing

Broad outline of the Role

• Managing and executing named case studies across Tata Communications customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales CSM teams to identify and onboard customers willing to serve as references.

Work with onboarded customers to create written case studies or video testimonials showcasing their success stories.

Develop named case studies following internal stakeholder and customer discussion

Maintain a library of customer success stories and testimonials for use in marketing materials and sales collateral.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, gathering feedback and insights to improve our products and services.

Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer advocacy and B2B marketing.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage with customers effectively.

Strong understanding of the company''s product portfolio and the value it provides to customers.

Basic knowledge of B2B marketing principles and strategies.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
